We do not regard submission of an enquiry form as confirmation of booking. Any quotation by us shall remain open for a maximum period of 7 days from its date and is offered subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. In making a booking with us by registering online, you indicate your acceptance of our booking terms and conditions. Where the booking is made by telephone, e-mail or in writing, by one person on behalf of a group, the person making the booking is responsible for making all members of his or her group aware of our term and conditions Deposits and Confirmation
Bookings cannot be formally confirmed without the payment of a deposit. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to half of the total cost will be payable within 3 weeks of booking. A Booking deposit of 50 euros per person will be payable immediately upon confirmation of booking. If the full deposit is not paid within 21 days then we may cancel your deposit and retain all monies so far received. In certain circumstances we may ask you to pay for event tickets at this stage if we feel there is a need to do so.
FINAL PAYMENT
In all cases, final payments of the balance of the cost of your Weekend are due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to your date of departure unless by express written prior agreement from one of the somethingfortheboys team.
LATE BOOKINGS
For bookings made within 56 days of departure, the full balance is due along with your deposit and completed booking form. Final numbers and full rooming list must be provided at the point of making your booking unless previously agreed.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing and the date of cancellation is that upon which written cancellation is received. Cancellation charges are as follows:
* 28 days or less prior to date of departure (“DOD”): 100% of the total value of your Weekend
* from 56 to 29 days from DOD: 50% of the total value of your Weekend
* More than 56 days from DOD: Loss of deposit
* Insurance premiums or prepaid flights, tickets or vouchers. Any time 100% of the price of such premiums, tickets or vouchers.
BEHAVIOUR
As a customer of Champagne Secrets you are expected to respect your environment and other people around you. All suppliers and hotels have every right to terminate, without notice, your stay or activity under threat of vandalism, violence or any other behaviour deemed inappropriate by them. In such cases all insurances will be invalidated and you will not have any entitlement to a refund of any kind whatsoever. We accept no liability for any accident or misadventure that occurs while any of your group is under the influence of drink or drugs.
INSURANCE and LIABILITY for DAMAGE
Each party will be responsible for, and will indemnify the other party with respect to, third party claims for personal injury and property damage based on each party's common law liability, including claims by employees of the parties.
The Company and its Servants or Agents accept no responsibility for unforeseen events causing the Event to be cancelled or altered from that contracted for, although every effort will be made to proceed with the Service where at all possible.
Any addition to or alterations of the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be null and void unless agreed upon in writing by the Parties.
